Pros
Being able to work like-minded employees that share the same passion and interest in technology and giving customers wireless solutions.
Cons
Get in trouble for anything that you do the way that management wants you to do. Managers do not know how to sell. Quotas are set so high in a saturated market which leads to making little to no commission. I made as much as someone that works in fast food. Co-workers will steal your sales when you aren't there to close them.
