Pros
My time a U.S. Cellular offered great pay and good customer service experience. The pace was fast but conducive to learning and excelling.
Cons
This is not a great FIRST customer service job. You aren't dealing with one time transactions here, this is a bill. There is little room for mistakes. You also have to be mindful of customers because (due to this being a $70+ bill that they receive every month) they can get irritable very fast and often over little to nothing.
