      easy going work style. few good technical guys to work with. relex culture.

      Cons

      Carrer growth is zero, company is in loss and only tryes to save money by cutting cost and employee pay. No plan for future. HR is invisible.

      Close to home so I had a short commute and could ride my bicycle.

      Cons

      Poor management. Did not keep up with business developments in China. Too many managers had their own fiefdom.
