Pros
Pay was good. PTO was good and benefits were good. I met some wonderful people that i am still friends with over the years. I loved my job but did not like the "new CEO".
Cons
The new CEO had only been working there for 3 years prior to her promtion. She was hired as hr assistant. Years of service and or knowledge of the company does not matter. Some people will succeed with this company some wont. I do not like the way i was being treated by CEO. She allowed me to take 2 days off but without using my available PTO time. I could be off but would not get paid. I was moving and could not afford 2 days without pay. It was not our black out time either. After all the years i worked for this company and this is the way i was treated. No thank you!!!!
