Hi it’s Xander from the current leadership team. Thanks for your review and for helping us build UnderwriteMe during your time with us. You have highlighted two of the most important things when it comes to building the business – our skills and our people. I’m so glad that’s been your experience at UnderwriteMe. Some time ago we came to the same conclusion about our use of contractors and began a programme to ‘convert’ almost all of our contractors to employees. We were thrilled that they wanted to join us and become a more permanent part of the wider team and to join us on this journey. At the time of writing, we only have a couple of contractors in the business who work with very specific skillsets in defined, shorter term projects.
