      Good diveristy for gender only, Company is always more or less 50/50 men and women

      Cons

      Bad diversity everything else Toxic work culture which is realised after a short while too much fake behaviours, Too much of favoritism here, A lot of keeping up appearences for management, If you go against the grain they won't like it

      I loved everything i worked with, they are passionate about the mission and what they do. great culture and work life balance.

      tough to work with colleges that don't have ample budgets

      Pros

      positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

      Cons

      upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
