Oriental culture, nice and humble working level people
Cons
Deficiency organization - people not doing what they suppose to do of their titles. Work load can be drastically different without a fair KPI system. Lack of direction and leadership - sub par management team, cannot make up their minds what to do. Decision leave unattended even at the head of house hold level. Inconsistency - management pops different ideas all the time and constantly changing, but not necessary toward to the right direction. A 30-year old company feels like 3 month old. High turn over rate - management believes the people left were simply not suitable to this place
