Unity is past their challenging environment from two years ago, with culture, strategy, and organizational structure in position to execute in the market and add customer value. Culture and HR processes are well established and the change in the C suite over the last 24 months has made a material impact. Would highly recommend to as a place to build a career.
Cons
Leveling and comp has a slight lag compared to the market, specifically for enterprise tech. Their legacy is gaming and that is felt at times when recruiting from big tech and attempting top resources. But the Unity brand is strong and the future for the company in the XR, physical AI and spatial computing market is very strong, and this is leading to some top talent acquisition.
