      People: Super pro and enthusiastic people. Relaxed culture and great team spirit. Products: We do products that help game developers to be successful. Game business is growing with us and it's amazing cool to play games that are done with Unity. Company: Unity is great place to work as everything around us is top class. Our brand and reputation is well know.

      Cons

      People working all around the world and would be nice to see each other more often.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
