      English Breakfast Wednesday is definitely the biggest perk. Other than that the people and mission statement align with my own values.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
