Pros

I have been with Unity for over a year now, and have had the opportunity to work and interact with a global team that is very empathetic and fully reflects and lives our values. Our fast-paced casual environment makes it easy for us to communicate, build and achieve as a team. My voice is heard, there are many opportunities to interact and express my opinion at all org levels (round tables with Sr leadership and CEO) on key business and cultural important topics, so you can really contribute to building best solutions for the company and the community of creators we support every day. Decentralized company, very cross functional, not a traditional top to bottom org. There is always something new to do, to contribute, to create.

Cons

As a company listening to all employees comes with its challenges when you are in a fast-paced growing industry and company. Finding common ground and solutions isn´t always an easy task, but the end solution truly reflects the best of us.

Pros

Strong visibility across multiple internal business units (Sales, TAM, Product, Finance). Excellent place to sharpen your skills as a cross-functional "translator" because the data demands are constant and highly visible.

Cons

The organization suffers from significant corporate governance issues. There is a palpable operational bias and favoritism toward specific global offices (specifically Israel / Middle East leadership pipelines), resulting in a massive imbalance in how decisions are made, resources are allocated, and credit is given. Furthermore, psychological safety is practically non-existent in certain divisions; toxic management behavior, including professional bullying and systemic harassment, goes completely unchecked by HR, creating an incredibly stressful and exclusionary workplace.
