      Pros

      Nice people to work with, lots of creative minds involved.

      Cons

      Not paid very well when there's WFH and most of the benefits that offset the low salary aren't available anymore (company events/trips/catering etc.)

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
