Has values unlike any other company at the scale that they are.
Teams love working together on the lower level. Have a lot of interesting work to do and will do.
Cons
There is a disconnection on the way that Unity worked before IPO and since. This is changing the culture of the company and causing talent to go outside of the company.

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
