      Culture of transparency, remote work options, fun, nice overall comp package

      Not a con really, I love Unity! It is global so you do need to work well within that structure in order to be effective.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
