      Fake support of social good

      Cons

      Absolute no empathy when laying off employees as well as soon to be employees. You're treated like less than human. When leadership can't even treat people decently company will soon be doomed.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
