Our sales compensation structure is designed to reflect one's time, effort and energy devoted to work. We are trying our best to motivate sales force and reward those who go above and beyond. There are growing pains within a fast growing company, but we know this is not an excuse for not paying on time. We are deeply sorry, and we just added additional personnel to make sure it won’t happen again.
