Pros

no pros, definitely. The CEO is worst person in the world.

Cons

I was the project manager for this company. I heard many stories before I entered this firm; however, the all stories are not "stories"; they are the truth. I had a team more than 10 people and created 100K revenue for this new project. I worked at least 10 hours for each work day but I didn't get any commission from the project. Every employee in this company thought I had a huge commission, but the fact is I wasn't. The worst thing is when I said I wanted to leave the company; they didn't want me to leave and even wanted to check my personal belongings before I walked out the building. The Taiwanese CEO Saint Huang threatened me when I wanted to quit the job. He said "you are the international student, and you don't have family and friends here. I didn't threaten you but I just friendly remind you don't do anything wrong. This is the small industry. Don't do anything wrong for yourself." and he said "give your phone to me and let me see your conversation between Steven and you (p.s Steven Ding is the management partner with Saint Huang). " I rejected the request and asked "why you wanted to see the conversation between Steven and me." Saint said, "because you need to help me 'beat' Steven; if you show me your phone, you are the honest person." I felt so uncomfortable when he said this words to me and felt he thinks himself is the "King" of the world. I didn't want my commission and just wanted to leave the company. Don't recommend to work here. You won't get anything you deserve. They will get 99% credits of your project and you only get 1% credit.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to learn each employee’s decision to leave Universal Processing, but we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. After a thorough investigation into the matter, we found some of your statements to be defamatory, and already have counsel involved in this matter. Universal does not have a Project Manager position now or in the past, nor did we have a commission packet designed for the role you stated, so your statements misrepresent your actual position within our organization. The incident you mentioned pertains to the protection of Universal Processing's intellectual property. When it comes to new projects that we have spent both sizable investment and human capital to build, we need to take extra steps to protect what we have originated, especially when departing members were witnessed having meetings with direct competitors of our Company, and evidence of executive level business secrets being transferred was found. Violating our confidential obligation and intellectual property terms is not tolerable. We have kindly reminded you to consult an attorney on what you can do and cannot do regarding this matter. As for any threats or coercion that you alleged above, Universal Processing represents a friendly and encouraging work environment that believes in trust and mutual respect of all our team members, so none of the above allegations are true.
