Pros

You can learn and get into company politics very easily. You can get over 30 or 40% hike in your salary if you are personal favorites of management teams or willing to go to lowest extent of flattery. You will get an experience to work with company who has filed bankruptcy. (do not trust me then type Bankruptcy, Universal Software on Google & can see for yourself)!!

Cons

First of all or most of the positive reviews have been self-posted by management team, so please don't trust any of those!!! CEO has elite panel of advisors who are highly uneducated & thugs. The company has not made an inch of progress in last 20 plus years. Flattery & high salary packages is what motivates non-performing superstars to stick with the company. Company has filed bankruptcy to fool its employees & delaying the salaries. It is a software company but managed by rational & non-technical people (must be knowing their names). India finance team is hopeless and never has any answers. If you are unworthy, useless & want to earn salary (delayed by months) then please come and join Universal Software Corp. or Usoft Technologies.

Pros

If the following two business are analogous - exporting software (to American businesses) or operating a grocery store (Indian spices) in United States then come to Universal Software Corp. The company policies, compensation package and work culture is nothing more than selling dinner at restaurant. Good to know that company projects itself as "Universal is company for the people starting their lives in US" and I totally agree. Does that mean an employee forgoes market value of his/her resume, forgoes the promise and abundance of an American life, or forgoes the motivators and hygiene factors. I would rather work for a Indian restaurant than work at Universal Software Corp. because the hygiene factors are better. Yes the hygiene factors here referenced are those by Herzberg's (PMI) and Universal desperately needs a change in policies and work culture in order to be considered a border line, fair salary, fair environment. It will not be overstatement to say, employee satisfiers are nothing at all / nada.

Cons

Universal desperately needs a change in policies and work culture in order to be considered a fair salary, fair environment, work culture.
