      The company completely screws you over. Do not have a good team to support once you do so mess everything up and then take from your paycheck. You will make nothing.

      Pros

      Potential for lots of $$. But that’s about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, both in home office and especially the regional office. Micro management, dishonest marketing tactics. Psychological tricks to get the customer to agree to a purchase borders on criminal intent in my book.
