      Coworkers, fun events, flexible hours, easy work, locally owned

      Cons

      Poor & shady management, unrealistic expectations, wear & tear on your car, low pay, no parking, job instability, treat long term employees like garbage, treat customers like garbage, shady outdated sales tactics, no room for growth

      Pros

      Potential for lots of $$. But that’s about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, both in home office and especially the regional office. Micro management, dishonest marketing tactics. Psychological tricks to get the customer to agree to a purchase borders on criminal intent in my book.
