The lies started with the training pay and time frame. The time frame was supposed to be two weeks but turned out to be 4, $1500 for two week training pay is ok, 4 weeks is a bit different. It is a 100% commission job and you get paid after the job is installed. The install time was supposed to be 6-8 weeks but was closer to 14-16 weeks, with all kinds of minor hold ups that keep you from getting paid, I waited 6 months to get paid on the bigger jobs I sold. I also had 8 jobs held up because production didn't sign off on them. It is a turn and burn structure, they will set you up with good leads at first the string you along until you have to move on. Essentially they starve you out, and keeping your commissions that are in your pipeline. Anyone who reads this please reconsider this company. It is one of the most unethical companies I have had the misfortune to work for, and watch for the warning signs. They promise lots of money but only a couple are taken care of, the rest are casualties.

Uncapped commission, get to travel around the state

Cons

You can get meetings booked in your calendar same day, late meetings, meetings with no chance of a sale
