      The money can be great

      Management is ran thru a boys club and popularity contest. Their main foal is to find ways to make it as comfortable for upper management as possible. Higher ups will also holds grudges towards its sales reps and expects reps to blindly follow numerous amounts of company changes that were not initially there.

      Potential for lots of $$. But that’s about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, both in home office and especially the regional office. Micro management, dishonest marketing tactics. Psychological tricks to get the customer to agree to a purchase borders on criminal intent in my book.
