Pros
Awesome team to work with that is growing rapidly. The career opportunities and ability to learn new skills in multiple areas of the company is very apparent. Management are very open with staff and are always there to help even when under pressure. Office culture is amazing, I enjoy coming into work every day.
Cons
As a growing company there are some things we need to learn along the way. Processes can still be improved but a good foundation is there to improve things.
