Working together with great and positive colleagues

There is not much room for growth once you have reached a certain point. Progress is also very slow, and that will impact your growth as an engineer. Still a lot of legacy systems needed to be maintained, and currently there is a lot of resistance from the team from adopting the parent's company standards
