Pros

Benefits, Hybrid work schedule for top performers.

Cons

On my way out the door. Management does not value input. If you voice your opinion or suggest changes to improve processes you will be labeled as a problem and steps will be taken to neutralize you. You can see through all of these fake positive reviews which are most likely done by management or HR. I have never seen HR interact with employees the way they do here. They take everything management says as a fact instead of staying neutral and holding all parties accountable. The other review that mentions that many of the higher ups worked together previously is true. It's no wonder there's little progress in the company's growth as of recently. They talk about experiencing growing pains but if anything it appears that there is little to no growth. I've seen good people leave due to poor leadership and sketchy sales tactics. Sales numbers are not being broadcasted across the org for a reason. This is not the place you go to if you want to make an impact and collaborate. After about 5 months of working here, you will regret it too!

Pros

Decent base salary They pay for your health insurance

Cons

This company is a mess. Sales team retention is terrible, with over half leaving in a year. Leadership shows no interest in improving the work environment to retain employees. The company’s organization and structure are lacking. Leadership is very buddy buddy with each other, as they all originated from the same company. This is why tough decisions never get made. They tolerate bad behavior from entry-level sales to the C-suite, which pushes top performers away. Finally, the people team consistently sides with leadership, never employees. I know this from personal experience and multiple firsthand accounts.

Thank you for your review. We continue to learn and grow as a company and that does include implementing accountability models and metrics that will help drive the organization and best support our homeowners. At times, this can lead to turnover, but in no way did we attrit over half our Sales division. Leadership is working hard with our team members to partner on new ways to engage and foster the culture and we'll continue to do that going forward. If you have some specific examples that you'd like to share I'd be happy to listen and see what is possible. As for our People Team. Please understand that that HR serves as a dual advocate; we do not over-index on one side or the other. There are instances where our leaders need guidance and course correction on certain matters, and there are instances where our team members need guidance and course correction. We look impartially at each scenario with an emphasis on the facts on both side of the situation. If you were involved in a situation with People Ops where you felt the outcome wasn't fair, then you already know we have a "problem-solving process" when you can raise any issues. Since you're no longer with us, You're welcomed to contact me directly to share your experience. Again, thank you for your review. Heather.Bailey@unlock.com
