Pros

Great culture in my team, super collaborative, incredibly intelligent people, everyone's approachable and willing to help. There is so much to learn from different people, I have a few different mentor type figures, opportunities are there to be involved in interesting projects. Overall great place to work, and the salary is good. Have been here for almost 4 years and will be for the foreseeable future. I haven't had any thoughts of leaving and with company options I'm in it for the long run and am confident I'll be set up very well financially for my future. I'd absolutely recommend people to join the company, and have referred former colleagues that have been hired and feel similarly.

Cons

The company is growing quickly so that comes with growing pains and lots of change, it feels very positive but there are small frustrations as we go. Communication between times is sometimes a challenge, but to be fair there has maybe been a handful of times over my tenure where there have been any real problems and teams have come together to improve.

Pros

Amazing culture! The people here are very smart and are passionate about what they do. Because the company has a global team, much of the work is done asynchronously using Asana, Slack, and Notion.

Cons

No match on the 401(k) plan

Pros

Good benefits though you likely won’t be there long enough to use them

Cons

During the interview you will be told that you can grow with the company. That as long as you’re coachable and highly driven you’ll have the space to learn and grow. I cannot even begin to go in to how poor the onboarding process is. It’s a joke. Management is vaping on important meetings while telling you how behind you are because you actually did the onboarding tasks. Only after you do them you’re told they weren’t mandatory. You’re then immediately expected to out perform people who have been in the job over two years which ofc is impossible and thus you’ll be let go. The company shared with me that they are in a transitional period when I came in and boy could I tell because not one process here was functional. The team as a whole was extremely behind. Basically it’s all promise and no execution which is just plain disappointing. Work at McDonald’s over this place.
