      Nice office space, flexi working

      Cons

      The company poses itself as an inclusive and supportive employer, yet the reality is that if ones fails to meet targets they will be dismissed without prior warning. The management structure is poor so there is a lack of HR and correct and fair conduct. Favouritism, cliquey culture and cold.

      Smart coworkers, interesting product, great market. Company practices what they preach in terms of culture / happiness at work.

      Cons

      A lot of process changes, but that comes with the territory at a smaller company.

      great people willing to help achieve the goals

      France based, so time zone differences for executives/ HR isn't ideal. Payed monthly which is different.
