The culture at UpSlide is fun, supportive, and productive. There are always interdepartmental projects taking place so that growth comes with minimal churn. The fact that most employees have been here for 3+ years really speaks for itself. The product is super strong so people easily see the value and are truly benefiting from the services.

Cons

The price point is high--as it's a premium product--so that does get quite a bit of pushback.

Pros

The people are both professional and kind and that's the main reason why UpSlide is the company where I've felt best at work. Also, I really like to work in an international environment and in a human-size company <150 people, as it is pretty rare to find both. The overall atmosphere is healthy both financially and in the relationships between employees. I think that being self-funded and growing at an healthy pace of 30% per year helps to maintain it, as well as training everyone on giving and receiving feedback. The product is really useful to clients and it's very satisfying to hear great feedback from users during product interviews or from prospect during demos. The company really invests in employee well-being, and the environment of the office is nice (just next to the Oper and Comédie Française in Paris), which for me makes a big difference daily.

Cons

Typical challenges of a firm growing, you need to structure things more and more and this brings challenges to do it right and at the right time. E.g. As the firm grows, open roles could be made clearer internally to ensure people in different teams/countries are aware and can go through an internal application process if they are interested. But it's work in progress :). Overall, I think there are lots of pros and I recommend the company to my friends.
