      Pros

      Culture is the highlight of working at UpSlide - such a great group of people who are smart, hardworking, friendly and fun. Good WLB with flexible hours, work from anywhere during summer, wellness budget + other benefits Working with big clients across banking, consulting and asset management - it's great experience. Fast progression and strong development programmes.

      Cons

      SaaS market in general is unstable which of course has affected UpSlide with uncertainty, getting the AI narrative right is key. Can get higher salaries elsewhere.
