The team: -very technically strong (very senior people) -no egos -strong sense of ownership & responsibility -very friendly, open, positive, energetic people -emphasis on quality software The company: -great benefits -early stage feel -flexible work hours -transparent management -organization really respects the technical process (addressing and accounting for tech debt) -very ethically responsible
Cons
-Office (currently @ wework) is noisy, but a permenant space is being built now, should address noise concerns in the next 6 months.
