- Too many shifting priorities due to reactive culture - Lots of turn over because of burn out - Go-go-go mentality, with no direction, meaning lots of out-put but limited results = quantity over quality all day - Goals are quarterly rather than yearly leading to constant panic and no time to plan or future plan - Low meeting culture is great but also means low communication and siloed efforts often repeating the work others are doing - Mid-management is overworked, overwhelmed, and burning out and doesn't have time to support their team's growth.
