      Pros

      Wonderful people, great team that always helps one another and pushes one another to be better. The team at Muse really feels like family and it's so easy to feel welcome and at home.

      Cons

      One downside I encountered, and they were transparent with this too, is that overtime is not paid, but compensated in other forms.

      Pros

      UX designers have the job of learning the wants and needs of customers and clients and using that info to plan a product that will help end-users become more efficient and capable of meeting their goals. It's a field that requires a wide range of skills.

      Cons

      You can end up working all the time. ... Maintaining a healthy bottom line can be tricky. ... Succeeding requires skills outside of UX design.
