Ux Design interview questions

Is typically done in stages it starts with a phone interview and then you have a first interview with direct managers. This is mostly basic questions some on the UX process on your understanding of UX you believe to collaborate. then typically, you have a portfolio review. Where they look at your work usually it’s a group. Sometimes you have a project to complete and review it with the portfolio review or the separate time in my last position I had culture interviews.
