No room for growth - BEWARE OF UPPER MANAGEMENT - Associate VCU Health Employee Review

If you want to grow in your position, do not work here. Work culture is terrible. Since VCU came, morale is low. Upper management will stab you in the back and smile in your face. There are only a very select few Directors that will actually stand up for their employees. Money talks, so the more money you give them, the happier they are. They sucked the happiness from my soul. Other than these minor flaws, I loved my job.
