Pros
There was good camaraderie among the technical support team and people generally seemed willing to help each other. The management team doesn't micromanage and they back up their employees if any problems arise with customers.
Cons
The opportunities for internal advancement are extremely limited, almost regardless of the employee's performance. People who work in tech support for a long time often don't get consideration for other positions in the company.
