      Pros

      Not much to say positive. The product is behind the curve of it's competitors and there is constant change in workforce.

      Cons

      The cons are too numerous to list. A new "vision" was brought in on the sales side and its run more like a dictatorship. If you are a "yes man" that does not want any freedom of any sort, you may like to degrade yourself and conform. That sounds harsh but it's truly the way things are.

      Pros

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
