      Pros

      Great company, lots of room to grow in all aspects as they like to promote from within. The work life balance is awesome and the CEO is very hands on and knows the employees. As a phase 3 startup, they are in a great place to really take off with great products, and more coming out soon. The entire team from sales to marketing to R&D is in a great spot and I'm excited to be a part of it. Great salaries and opportunities to travel between DC and Florida locations as well.

      Cons

      With a company that has two locations, make it as cohesive as possible and can sometimes need to work on communication between the two offices. I think we're getting there though!

      Pros

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.

      Being strung along long enough for them to kick you to the curb when they deem you disposable
