      *there is no positive experience in this company at all*

      *definitely no working life balance, HR no empowerment, seniors & managers has no sense of leadership at all & only cares about their favouritism, very very poor management, no proper trainings given*

      Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

      Cons

      The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
