Smart, collaborative teammates who genuinely care about code quality. Good exposure to architecture-level work and cross-functional projects. Flexible enough to balance delivery with mentoring junior engineers.

      Scope can stretch quickly, so leads end up wearing too many hats. Process and documentation sometimes lag behind how fast the team ships.
