      Met some really nice people, learned some things and that is where it ends.

      Cons

      Hierarchy, mismanagement, you have to watch your back, the ears have walls. I expected more and was utterly disappointed. The over time without compensation is insane...

      Pros

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Cons

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
