      Friendly colleagues, wfh flexibility is there

      Cons

      There are so many: technology is outdated, some tech leaders are flying with AI wave when they have no vision or plan on how to implement. No vision for growth. Some senior oldies are taking control on the chairs and no one questions them what they even do any productive. Managers take credits from the newbies No mew projects, people are on bench, no new work

      Pros

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Cons

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
