      Your peers you work with are all great and want each other to be successful.

      Cons

      Leadership is very micromanaging no matter if you're hitting goals consistently. There use to be work life balance but they seem to have shifted from that.

      There is no pros working for this company

      Cons

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
