      Pros

      The job is simple and but they like to make the tasks in themselves more difficult than they seem.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment amongst staff when it comes to their attendance policy. The policy in itself is horrible and isn’t based on real life expectancies. Management is not really supportive. They remind me of the Amazon of vision services with how disposable they treat people.

      There is no pros working for this company

      Cons

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
