      Good Remuneration and Benefits. Transport Facilities are very good. Global Exposure due to organisation’s presence in many counties. Training for engineers are good.

      Cons

      Mandatory Shift for Design and Simulation Engineers hence poor work life balance as well as health issues. Flexible hours should be availed to all employees. As moving towards cross functional R&D environment working environment should be flexible.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
