      Very flexible. Good for seniors, or house-wives.

      Micromanagement. No commissions and credits for referrals. Very lazy environment.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
