      You meet different people and they become family.

      Cons

      You only get recognized for things that are bad, they never recognize anything good. They never ask questions, they just assume you are wrong and you made the mistake. They never give you the benefit of the doubt.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
