Culturally difficult - Anonymous employee Valley Bank Employee Review

I worked for Bank Leumi USA before it was acquired by Valley. The culture was difficult. It was confrontational, and business results were valued over any other considerations. Very little human empathy shown. Working from home was a train wreck in the beginning. Turn over was very high because the environment was difficult. As a result there was little institutional knowledge being passed down to new employees which worsened their turnover problem.
