      Great career growth, wonderful work environment, family oriented, the satisfaction of helping others.

      Cons

      I left Valley National because I relocated to Tampa Florida and at that time they didn't have any location in Florida.

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
