      There is not always as much turnover as other big time banks like Regions in the branch.

      Company has started going away from a family feeling bank to nothing but a corporate feel where you only feel like a number.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
