      Pros

      Hands on with customers. Benefits.

      Cons

      Consistently under staffed, resulting in a low motivated environment. Many branched require weekend work, even if you are full time. You don't get promoted, you have to apply for promotions and compete with outsiders. Unrealistic selling goals.

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
