Pros

Not really many. The lower level people are nice. They validate parking in garage. Awardco points system is cool.

Cons

Corporate - can’t speak for branches: This company promotes virtual collaboration while simultaneously requiring office presence. Even Morristown Town Halls are virtual, executives sit in their offices and talk on zoom… there’s not even a space for all employees to gather in person or it’s invite only. Management takes a bare minimum approach to the workplace experience, stripping away basic elements that make work feel human (autonomy, personalization, community, and comfort). They want employees in the office but offer nothing to make being there appealing or enjoyable. Leadership continuously demonstrates they don’t care about employees through countless small actions that add up to a larger pattern of indifference. The result is a sterile monitoring station rather than a workplace designed for humans. When companies invest in making their physical workspace engaging, employees naturally want to be there. This company has missed that opportunity entirely. No employee appreciation.
